Step 1: Submit Your Complaint
Email managers@tlixarenvivtorex.world with your name, contact details, and a clear summary of the issue.
Step 2: Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days.
Step 3: Investigation
We review details, request supporting information where needed, and provide a response in a reasonable timeframe.
Step 4: Resolution
Where appropriate, we provide corrective actions, clarifications, or procedural updates.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied, request escalation in writing and we will perform a secondary review.
